- Registration data: Your name, email address, PRN (Personal Reference Number), rank, base, and category — provided by you during sign-up.
- Device information: Device model, operating system version, and a unique device identifier for push notifications and security.
- IP address & browser details: Your IP address and user agent string are logged for security and abuse prevention.
- App usage data: Feature interactions, timestamps of actions, and error logs to maintain service quality.
- Messages & content: Messages, images, and files you send or share within the app are stored on our servers.
Data We Do Not Collect Good News
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We do not collect location data, contacts, or call logs.
- We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
- Your email and phone number (if provided) will never be shared with anyone.
How We Use Your Data
- To operate and deliver the CrewLoyal service to you.
- To verify your identity and manage your account.
- To send push notifications and in-app alerts (controllable by you and admins).
- To enforce our Terms of Service and community rules.

Admin Access & Monitoring Important
For the safety and integrity of the platform, authorized administrators have full access to:
- All messages, conversations, and shared content within the app.
- User profiles, activity logs, and device information.
- Reports, flagged content, and moderation actions.
- Account status and access history.
By using CrewLoyal, you acknowledge and agree that administrators may review any and all content you create or share on the platform. This is necessary for safety, compliance, and the enforcement of our community standards.
Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored on secure servers with encrypted connections (TLS/SSL).
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms — we never store plaintext passwords.
- Authentication tokens are securely managed and expire automatically.
- We implement rate limiting, device tracking, and anomaly detection to protect your account.
Data Deletion & Account Removal
You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. You can do this through:
- Mobile App: Go to Settings → Delete Account and confirm with your password.
- Website: Log in at crewloyal.com/account/manage and use the Delete Account option.
Upon deletion, the following data is permanently removed: profile information, access records, roster data, crew statistics, devices, notifications, reactions, group memberships, and support requests. Messages sent to other users will be anonymized (your identity removed) but the message content may persist in recipients' conversations.
Certain data may be retained in backups or logs for a limited period for legal compliance, security investigations, or dispute resolution.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of CrewLoyal after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Line & Roster Data
Line and roster data availability depends on external sources beyond our control. We strive to deliver this data promptly, but delays or temporary unavailability may occur. CrewLoyal is not responsible for any consequences resulting from delayed or missing line data.
Service Continuity
We are committed to providing continuous service, support, and assistance for as long as CrewLoyal remains operational. In the event our services are permanently discontinued due to circumstances beyond our control, active accounts will be terminated and users will be notified where reasonably practicable.
Amendments & Modifications
CrewLoyal reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Privacy Policy and all related policies at any time, without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised policies. We recommend reviewing our policies periodically.
